We offer the traditional 'Full Service' marketing solution (like most real estate companies). We take care of all the details of marketing and selling your home.
In addition, we can offer a discounted commission to our previous clients and those clients who will be using us for multiple transactions. In this scenario, we still provide the 'Full Service' you expect, but allow you to save up to 1/2% off the commission rate. Depending on the price of your home, that translates in hundreds or thousands of dollars in savings in your pocket.
For the more experienced sellers/investors/flippers, we offer the $498 Flat fee MLS listing service. This option is designed for those experienced and knowledgeable enough to handle all the details of the real estate transaction on their own. For one low fee, we will list your home for sale in both Georgia MLS and First MLS systems as well as all the major real estate websites.
We even offer assistance for those who wish to sell as 'For Sale By Owner'. We can provide as much or as little assistance as you wish. Examples: provide professional yard sign, list your property for sale on the Hober Realty website, screen callers and answer questions, make showing appointments or even be present during the showings if you are uncomfortable being alone with strangers in your home.
